The science club that my friends and I founded didn’t do too much. Our advisor had encouraged us to create the club to generate a source of income for school science supplies. Through the club we received donations that were then used to buy science equipment that could be used inside and outside the classroom. This significantly helped our school that desperately lacked funding for science programs.
